Our service team specialize in taking your calls promptly and scheduling appointments.
To secure an appointment, please call ahead of time to get those times you want.

Time: 6 am – 10 pm appointments can be made with our service. The service team are not practitioners; therefore, they cannot consult over the phone. Making appointments early as soon as you can, guarantees you of your time to avoid missing out. When making an appointment You Mobile phone and your most up to date email address, send you a remind the day before.
A short list of appointment changes is available of possible changes.
There is a 24 hour notice of change or cancellation of appointment. Payment in full will apply if we cannot fill your appointment time. If you do not turn up at all, I just forgot or you blame others, or even worst when say, you did not sign anything, and get nasty, it’s someone else fault, you been called into work or I had to stay back late or I have double book an appointment is your responsibility. By making an appointment this is an agreement and is an a verbal agreement.
Payment is required in full.
This time is only for you, no one else.
Many times your appointment could be filled if you would let us know as soon as possible.

There are no refunds of money as this is a Professional Personal Service. All appointments are a Base Service appointment.
A person comes into have a eg. a remedial massage ….each persons has a level in themselves are stressed, some have very high levels of stress, fatigue, injury and emotional upset from issues at work, home, extended family or relationships and these levels are higher than ever before and in life, seeing more illnesses, migraines, not able to sleep, brain fog, fatigue, anger, grief and upsets of keeping it all together, these issues have been building up in the muscles for years. This is when muscles feel painful. During a massage as you relax, these issues, come flooding out. This is where we support you.
Our Practitioner are professionals, all interactions are with the highest respect and we expect clients to come with open mind and respect. Disrespect, anger or verbal abuse and bad behavior will not be tolerated for any reason. The session we be cancelled with client paying in full.
We specialize in techniques, where during the session is common to guide, tools, processes and Coaching, the client will let go of the issue. These are everyday issues only.
We ask permission from you to continue forward eg. visual guidance, processes, coaching and tools. The person say “Yes” we support you through the upset to clarity, which is an extra $ payment. if “No” you are fine, we respect the client wishes and free choice with no extra payment. The client are responsible for their wellbeing. By making an Call or Appointment there is automaticaly a NO social or no gossip Policy and only speak to us first only.
