When your starting to force what you are doing in life, one day your body will push you back
and STOP is going say NO and stop and there will be nothing

There a day when the body can not do what it has been doing. As stress builds up so does the pressure of not being able to sleep, feel happy seems to disappear into a survival keep going mode and getting through the day is sleeping eating and work, don’t let this be you or someone you love.

What happening is body and mind are in fatigue this is how you can help is having a massage once a month, taking a holiday and do nothing, rent a holiday house by the beach.

Many find massage is the most valuable, beneficial and support treatment for
all rounder recovery relief from aches and pains.

Many don’t realize that injuries start from falling of the bike to being as a child, hitting your head, play soccer the ball hitting your head to being in a car accident we become bruised and over time turn into long term tightness, aches and pains. Repetition work sitting or stand stills has an overloading tightness, this when the body gets worst and why it does take time for them to release the tightness.

Many use alcohol and pain medication and creams to sooth pain. They are only temperance measures 2hours, 4 hours and over night. Many use gym or do a different exercises, only problem is then instead of having one muscle pain you finish up not being able to move the arm because all the muscles need treatment.

A friend in the country this what happened to her. So she thought it was a bones problem, no that did not make any different, needles did not work, massage is for the muscles and it worked well but because of continuing to exercise had aggregated all the other muscles, which why it took longer to release the fibers.

Often when we stop and take holidays that when your body starts to relax, you have time to have that cold you did not have time for, while working and now you do. STOP Go to bed and sleep it of. You be amazed how much better you will feel after 2 days. The body needs time out too.
Fresh and Local vegatables
The food we eat is about choice, checking where your food comes from and make sure it in season in your country. Many were shocked to find frozen berries came from a place, that we would not be able to grow our food like that ever and NEVER would be allowed here.

We have to trust by asking or even email where have they come from. trust come be even easier going to local markets and buy straight from the veg farmer. Coming of a farm myself, food has a different smell and local when it is fresh and local. even when we thought were doing the healthy way frozen berries what a shock, fresh is best and when see them at a good price buy extra and put is freezer bags and put in the freezer section, they keep for a long time.

Having  regular massage is like doing exercise the more you do the fitter you get.
With massage the more you have the more your body responses
to feeling relaxed,
while going to sleep easy and deeply and waking up refreshed and ready to go.
Your mind feels stronger to take on life with ease, your confident returns naturally because energy is flowing
and you have a bounce in your step. Massage is part of the journey of discovery and of wellness.

Autumn is here: 

 

  The season of Autumn is here, one day sunny next day cold. I like autumn because the days can be warm during the day and at night be cold this is when to have the wood fire on, the smell of wood burning reminds me of being home as a little girls at my grandmas, snuggle up near the wood fire in the afternoon.
Going up into the Adelaide Hills the smell of wood burning and the smoke in the air and the leave turn to the oranges, reds, and the golden yellow.

PS: Are you ready To put the warmer cloth on. the scarf around your neck to keep your neck from getting cold and stiffing up
PPS: Go up to Adelaide Hill there are many towns up their and sit and have lunch by the fire.
